The guarantee

Every item sold by LuxDomain is guaranteed 100% authentic. If any piece you buy from us is ever found not to be genuine, we will refund you in full — the purchase price and the shipping you paid — and cover the cost of returning it. No argument, no restocking fee.

What stands behind it

Twenty years of buying and selling designer goods, and hundreds of completed orders worldwide. That experience is what every piece gets checked against: construction, materials, hardware, stitching, interior labels and serial numbers. Where an item warrants it, we use a professional verification service in addition to our own inspection.

We buy from sources we know. Anything we can't stand behind doesn't get listed — which is the quietest part of this guarantee, and the most important one.
